I am dedicated to my life's purpose of supporting others to unlock dormant potential and find solace in a world that often feels chaotic. With a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic approaches, I will work with you to reach a place of acceptance, understanding and inner peace.

From my years of working within the counselling sector paired with training and studies I have undergone through a self-educational basis, I have naturally formed my own unique approach when working with clients. My practice is comprised of the approaches listed, intertwining each to tailor my way of working to meet the needs of each individual client.
In counselling, I think it is as equally important for a therapist to have their own ways of working, keeping within the bounds of morality and ethics of course, but to be authentic and genuine when in the therapy room. Because of this I will always endeavor to work to the best of my ability to get you to the place you want to be.
